Hi, I'm Justin Gage or Gagegfx. I'm a 22 year old Freelance Illustrator based in Arkansas, USA. I started messing around in photoshop about 7-8 years ago and I have been seriously Illustrating for a little over 3 years now. I strive to get better and am always learning new things about illustrating and vectoring.

Thank you. I’m not the best at giving advice but what I do that helps me a lot is going to sites like behance network & deviant art and studying the amazing art people post, try and figure out how they did it, find my own way of creating the style, then put my own spin on it. Basically experiment with different styles until you find your own.
If you’re trying to sell your art I think its best to try and bring something new to the table, something people haven’t a million times already.
